At this time, international shipping is not available, but we're actively working on expanding our reach beyond India soon.

Once your order is placed:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, etc.), processing may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple delivery options based on your urgency and location:

Express Shipping 2–3 business days (post-processing)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience slight delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight

  • Chosen shipping method

Standard Shipping: ₹100 (calculated at checkout)
Express Shipping: ₹150 (calculated at checkout)

Any applicable taxes or duties will be clearly displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team for assistance.


6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Fashion Needles is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error after placing the order, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to correct it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable during delivery:

  • Couriers typically attempt delivery multiple times.

  • If all attempts fail, and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us. We’ll work with the courier to track it down or provide a suitable resolution.

Damaged Package

We will investigate and either replace the damaged items or issue a refund, based on the situation.
