1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Refunds: Once your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation After Shipping

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return or exchange as outlined in our policy below.

Special Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, no refund process is required if canceled, since no payment is collected until delivery.


2. Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t quite right, you may be eligible for an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain products are not eligible for exchange:

    • Sale or discounted items

    • Custom or made-to-order pieces

    • Undergarments

    • Accessories

Exchange Process

  2. Return the Product: Once approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us.

  3. Receive Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via email.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize and will make it right.

Steps to Report an Issue

  • Contact Us Within 48 Hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

4. Important Notes

  • Original Packaging Required: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, invoices, and any other accessories included.

  • One-Time Exchange: Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Please contact us for sizing or product-related queries before ordering.

  • Refunds for Exchanges: If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer either a full refund or store credit, as per your preference.
